The stories appeal to those in the preschool to early grade school ages. There are four panels per page with black-and white line drawings and captions that tell the story. I constructed these stories to teach rather than entertain, but it has been gratifying that many young children have loved these stories and have wanted to hear them over and over. I believe that stories like this have a very important part to play in the psychoeducation of each child. We all learn by the models we are exposed to, and this is especially true of young children. The goal of this book is that at a very young age, children can begin to store in their memories positive models of behavior patterns that will be useful to them throughout their lives.
